Food Huggers Micro Greens Kit

When it comes to self sustainability & growing your own food, acquiring this skill is essential! We have partnered with Food Huggers once again to bring you an easier way to GROW YOUR OWN GREENS (well… micro greens).

With this simple system you can have your very own fresh, organic, micro greens within 2-3 weeks! Just follow the 1-4 easy step process to get your growing on!

DIRECTIONS:

1) SOAK: Seeds require soaking for 6-8 hours or overnight. You can find instructions for each kind of sprouting seed online.

2) DRAIN: After soaking, drain and rinse your seeds a few times before placing your jar and Sprout Hugger upside down on the reservoir. Repeat regularly.

3) RINSE: Rinsing your seeds and sprouts should be done frequently (twice a day at least). Remove any excess water, then return the jar to the reservoir.

4) GROW: Most seeds require a day or two in shade before finally moving into the sun. We suggest you consult the instructions on the packaging of your seeds.
